Psychiatrists and Psychiatric Mental Health NP's

PMPI is not a staffing agency, not locum tenens, but is a Professional group in California, with oversight by a Medical Director and an active clinical and administrative team, helping clinicians like you derive most satisfaction out of the professions you chose. 

We already have a contract with 90 plus clinics under the management of 23 plus clinic groups, whos Psychiatric patients we are managing.

Psychiatric Medical Practitioners, Inc. (PMPI) is currently seeking:

 

  • Board Certified/Eligible Adult Psychiatrists

  • Board Certified/Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists

  • Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners

  • Bilingual Psychiatrist/NP is high in demand in CA and in our clinic groups

 

 

Your responsibilities

 

  • Psychiatric Evaluation and Treatment

  • Psychiatric Medication Management

  • Follow-up on labs, EKGs and other orders

  • Partnering with a colleague from our for coverage during vacations and illness

 

Your profile

Psychiatrists:

 

  • MD/DO with completion of ACGME accredited Residency in Psychiatry (fellowship training for Child & Adolescent, Geriatric and other sub-specialties)

  • Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology

Psychiatric NPs: 

  • MSN and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner training

  • Board Certification by ANCC

Both must have:

  • Experience working with Electronic Medical Records

  • Good PC skills

You don't need to already be a telepsychiatrist.  PMPI provides training to bring you to a full speed with the Standards of Practice and the American Telemedicine Association's Evidence-based Practice Guidelines for practicing Video-conferencing TeleMental Health.
